Weather Widget #12

We need a weather widget.  This should display the current weather for the
specified zip code when docked.  When undocked it should display an
additional 2 or 3 day forcast.  There are various weather web services
available, one being a government feed that is free.

Should have graphics for Sunny, cloudy, rainy with day and night
variations, maybe sunrise and sunset, and moon phases would be cool too.

It might also be nice to have wind speed and direction.
