Confirm if using the switchbox generator from Artem, so he can make the necessary changes to the generator to output the updated connectivity matrix.

Per Mark's e-mail we are not using Artem's SB generator. Nikhil and Artem, if you are both in agreement with this, you/we could mark this issue closed.
