View Keys

Style page to look like normal admin grid
Implement pagination/filtering/limits/sorting
Add "View" action to each row so contents of a cached key can be viewed/deleted(/edited?)
Add "Delete" action to each row
Add Size, Created At, and Updated At columns
Add mass "Delete" action with check all/check visible

With file system or memcached it's not normal for this amount of detail on the cache to be available. This is out of scope.
