Surface features as menubar app? #11

Thanks for providing telestrator, I'm impressed by how simple and useful it is! I

I wonder if you'd be interested in making telestrator a menu bar app - I think most "headless" apps adopt that paradigm. Could also be a good way to expose features for users that are not at home with heavy keyboard shortcut use.
