uiux: Simplify event page; re-purpose sidebar to be nav drawer. #525

This PR caused the following changes regarding resource sizes: resource before (kB) after (kB)

The CSS file was reduced primarily because the sidebar toggle image was removed in addition to all of the sidebar CSS being removed. The home page and event pages increased dramatically because pages that didn't previously have a full navigation drawer now do. The tags and corpos pages stayed about the same size because they already had the full sidebar.
