Is this on the latest commit? I can't reproduce this in my own instance on 1.20.4 nor 1.20.1.

Still happens on the latest commit, (checked with only this mod, Fabric API, and playerAnimator). It only happens when accessing the inventory. Sometimes, the tilt is more subtle.
