save favorites

need to implement a way to save favorites / playlists of generators/supplements

let users color-code buttons/nav-items?

Seems like:

• long-click on generator button. -> pops up menu to select which favorite lists to add to
• Favorites menu in left-nav, with sub-menu of named favorite collections ** Favorites should be top entry. They're favorites after all. Or... separate 'account' header selection?
• should have visual indicator on favorited buttons that they're part of a favorite.

long-click on buttons to add to fav-groups nav drawer item long-click on Favorites expand item to create new fav-groups nav drawer item long-click on non-empty Fav-group to rename it nav drawer item long-click on empty Fav-group to remove it.
