Add support to Circle Community Live Streams #236

www.circle.so is a community platform that allows live streaming, and with this PR it adds support to it:

community

The only constrain is that community owners have their own community domain, so when someone wants to use it, they need to open a PR to add their community domain to the manifest.

If you want to include a logo for the site, you can do so by uploading circle.png to the sources/images folder
