Add SpriteMe.baseURL and SpriteMe.coolrunningsURL config options at the top #81

Adding the above options would make it easier to run the spriteme.js locally 
with only having to update two urls (instead of find replace over the whole 
file) to whatever the locally running version of spriteme and/or coolrunnings 
URLs are.
