Can we run it with Biowulf singularity? #1

Thanks for sharing. I wonder if I can run launch your docker presentation with singularity on Biowulf. As you know, on the CIT Biowulf HPC system, docker is not available and only singularity can be used. Thanks.

You should be able to with some minor modification. Biowulf has a Jupyter interactive session so the Dockerfile will need to be modified to remove the JupyterHub section. I will take a look and update this thread.
