SecureRequest not redirecting properly #9

moduleID was returning as empty string because config was not loaded. This pull fixes issue # 5.

Steve, According to Github, you didn't actually merge the pull request before you closed it out. I just want to make sure that you got the bug fix in there so others don't fall into the same situation.
