Wiki documentation uses deprecated language="javascript" attribute #23

Nothing really important, but to avoid unnecessary spread of the deprecated
"language" attribute, you might want to update the "10 Minute Introduction
To JST" to use the standard syntax <script type="text/javascript">...</script>.

Just to avoid users complaining about their pages not validating after
using the script...
