Better Vanity Grappling Hooks

This is a long-term issue because it's kind of complex.

In the following images, you can see how the Static Hook emits light when it shouldn't and the Lunar Hook only has Solar hooks:

These issues are because of the way I override drawing for vanity; I do not preserve special draw effects and update logic -- this needs a lot of investigation.
