Did you clear the first test before trying the second? Just tested <Item> LF and it worked. There's nothing order-based in the matching, it just looks for the terms anywhere in the message.

You won't get a second notification for the same item from the same player, so you need to right-click the banner or the entry on the 'Chat Orders' page to dismiss it before testing the other orders. Let me know if that doesn't fix the problem.

I understand what you are talking about, but unfortunately this happens on the first request. Maybe the problem is in the Russian client?
