Update for VS 2019 #9

We get this warning when installing this extension in VS 2019. Can you please update the extension to be compatible with future versions of VS 2019?

Sorry for the delay, I was too busy these days. I'll check this latest by the end of this week.

I've released the upgraded version, and now it should properly support VS 2019 as well.
