Error when installing / cannot see zone boxes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.installing the plugin ( see attachment ) 
2.adding a custom workout
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On custom workout I dont see zone/hr/speed boxes when I select target step

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.250

What Garmin unit are you using?
310XT

If the problem is with import/export to device, please specify the Garmin
Communicator Plugin version you are using.

Win 7 32bit

I can think of 2 things here

1) You do not have a logbook open so the different zones aren't available.
2) You are running the plugin at 120 DPI.  Some other users have reported 
problems at
120 DPI.

Could you provide a screenshot if it's not any of those 2 problems?
