What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make workout in ST
2. Export to 405CX
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be one workout, with a number of steps.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.255, Windows Vista 32 bit

What Garmin unit are you using?
Forerunner 405CX

If the problem is with import/export to device, please specify the Garmin 
Communicator Plugin version you are using.
version 2.9.2.0

I think I might have missunderstood "Force split"..

Yeah, the force split is to seperate long workout on multiple workouts on the 
watch.
 Since there is a 20 step limit, this feature is used to work around this limitation.
