Power workout "bug"?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a power workout x cycling 
2. step target Zone 2 (in my case 186-236 watt)
3. export to device, everything succefully but on device during workout 
doesn't appear any target "power zone"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

keep the power zone; nothing, tried to do it again, but with no success

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

latest garmin fitness plugin 1.0.255, Win XP Sp3 32bit

What Garmin unit are you using?
Edge 705 (latest firmware 3.10)

If the problem is with import/export to device, please specify the Garmin 
Communicator Plugin version you are using.

This is a know problem with the Garmin Communicator plugin.  It doesn'T handle 
the 
power workouts so you need to export to file and save the workout in 
your "Garmin/Workout" folder on your device.  Exporting to file will also 
enable the 
scheduling to work (another bug with the Communicator plugin I use to export to 
device).

I'm reworking all this code these days to have better support of older devices. 

I'll see if I can add automatic detection of mass storage devices to force file 
export (even when device was selected) to make this transparent to the user.

Not sure about the 500 and what is available.  The FR405 and 310XT seem to be 
problematic a bit so I'll see what gives.

All right! would be nice since in our Cycling Team we've Edge 705 and 500 to 
have the 
possibility to import directly in ST the training sections and export power 
workout  ;-
)

I think that it should work with the Communicator plugin and the Edge 500 but 
with
the bugs pointed out previously.  Garmin doesn.t seem to want to fix these bugs 
but
they recently published the interface for Edge 500 communiciation.  'm not sure 
if
there is anything for the Edge 500 in there or only the format for FIT files.  
I'll
keep this in mind and might contact you later if I need some testers.
