Can not export custom workout to garmin 410

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create custom workout
2.export selected
3.get error message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"the device garmin 410 does not support FIT export. this is required for proper 
functioning."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest SportTracks and a newly downloaded garmin fitness plugin.
Win7
What Garmin unit are you using?
Garmin FR 410

If the problem is with import/export to device, please specify the Garmin
Communicator Plugin version you are using.

The FR410 doesn't support FIT features, only TCX features.  This means you 
won't have all the "Repeat until" repeat steps nor the "Go until power 
above/less" durations.

This is a limit of your device, not a bug.
