GF2.0 - Unlink categories from ST categories #67

This has proven a bad idea which causes more confusion than anything else.  
Therefore, the categories will be independent, which means you can arrange your 
workouts in categories as you prefer, just like in GTC.

For backwards compatibility, the ST categories need to create GF categories 
when converting the logbook and workouts should retain their category.
