Cadence, HR, speed & power zones should be configurable per workout instead of
per logbook. This means that each workout can be setup to use GTC vs. ST zones
and the user can specify which ST zones to use for the workout.
The user will also be able to setup if the workout uses pace vs. speed, %FTP vs
Watts (power) and %MmaxHR vs %HRR vs BPM.
Default values can be set on a each category but can be overloaded per workout.
This should take care of the TZI request partially.
