all recorded data is doubled (macOS Sierra) #191

Every match I've played this season (at least I think it started this season) has been counted twice by track-o-bot. The times of the matches are always several seconds apart from each other. I'm on macOS Sierra and running track-o-bot 0.8.3, my account is 'bitter-azure-drake-1827'.

As a side note, I'd really like to be able to remove these extra games so that my stats aren't affected by this, is there any way to do that?

That is indeed very strange. Can you check the Activity Monitor if the Track-o-Bot process is running twice? Or what do you see if you check the log tab after you finished a match? Is the result submitted twice?

Only one Track-o-Bot process is running, and I've restarted it at least once since this began. Here's a section of the log from today:

[18:06:15] INFO: Result: ranked defeat vs. priest as warlock. Went second [18:06:15] INFO: Uploading result... [18:14:02] INFO: Result: ranked defeat vs. shaman as warlock. Went second [18:14:02] INFO: Uploading result... [18:24:44] INFO: Result: ranked victory vs. hunter as warlock. Went second [18:24:44] INFO: Uploading result... [18:24:50] INFO: Hearthstone stopped

hmm, even stranger is that it doesn't appear to be consistent. On page 2 there's a few games that were only recorded one time, but I can't find any correlations between them.

For what it's worth I am witnessing the same issue. It mostly records doubles, but every now and then it does it one time. Also, every now and then it records the mode as "casual" instead of "ranked". I'm on OS X Yosemite.

If you're also using HSTracker, then turn off the sync with Track-o-Bot. That fixed this issue for me.
