Binary not installed #35

Just installed latest version and the command line binary is not installed in path. I think it's because it's not listed in gemspec as executables

Just pushed 1.0.23 which adds it back into executables, not sure why it was removed or not added. I've also limited the version of slop which it uses due to breaking changes in v4. (also fixes a bug in the report command of the executable)

Any issues feel free to reopen, i've not used the executable for a while myself.
