At Resources\public\vendor\tinymce\ there are jquery.tinymce.min.js and tinymce.jquery.min.js.

@pribilinskiy this directory was copied from https://github.com/tinymce/tinymce-dist. So, please ask the same question the authors of TinyMCE. And yes, I'm serious.
