This is a PR for the creation of an Adapter for INAIRA to work in Odin Control.

Currently, the Adapter is very basic, and the ZMQ connections are not yet functional, but the framework for both are there.

I also think that a lot of these files are auto-generated and I should add them to the gitignore...
