Fuse blown detection is currently only evaluated for the LCD display - move this detection into the Quad update method and expose as a parameter in its own right. The FET failure mode described by Dave (FET fails 'on', i.e. output voltage non-zero when disabled), should also be exposed as a parameter. Add display of both to GUI and to LCD.
