Changed html and css to build a better user interface #5

This branch contains the following changes:

html:

moved the email address input, the access code input, and the send email button into different divs also addedd more buttons to move between divs
removed odin workshop stylings
added confirmation div to let users know their email has been sent & that the page will refresh automatically

css:

styled buttons to be blue and rounded. Disabled buttons are greyed out
changed font style and size for whole page

Javascript:

added functions to enable and disable divs to move between different "pages"
changed "handle_form_test" to "good_code_response" to make function name more descriptive
