jupyter lfric tutorial #855

Create Jupyter notebooks which introduce the LFRic API. In the first instance this is aimed at the ESiWACE2 summer school students but should be useful for new starters. I'll hold off making this a PR until the structure and content of the nemo tutorial is agreed.
