Wrong ships construction times #4

The times displayed in the shipyard queue are wrong. When they shall be AM they are showed as PM.

For example: it's 6 PM, queue a ship in the yard (8h and 30m of construction time), the finish time displayed will be 02:30 PM of tomorrow instead of 2:30 AM.

Simply removed an useless "PM" to the construction time displayed.
