Reimplement win rate | hit/miss ratio in OnTester (Custom max)

The current default is not using a TP but using a trailing stop and Conditional Value at Risk (CVaR) is calculated at OnTester.

Implementation of win rate

• [x] input switch for assigning a TP and SL
• [x] input switch for using a Trailing Stop
• [x] count TP/SL hits in OnTester by using HistoryDealGetDouble(deal_ticket,DEAL_REASON);
• [x] input Tester Preset enum?

• TEST_WIN_RATE // single trade with TP and SL, no trailing stop, calc win rate
