Include link to homeean sample flows #4

Link to the sample flows that can be found in the homeeanproject. Should make newbies' life easier. :-)

Thanks for your contribution. That's a good idea.

I think the term virtualHomee-node could be misleading, so i would suggest to use virtualDevice-node because this is the name of the node you're talking about.

And there's a small typo. Porfile should be Profile.

If you fix this two issues, i will merge your PR. Thanks again.
