Cleanup #2

@nguyenhoan I would like to do some cleanup before we publish this repository:

[x] Rename EGroum -> AUG
[ ] Create separate modules:
1. AUG, mining, detection
2. Src-to-AUG transformation (because a student of mine will start to develop a Bytecode-to-AUG transformation soon, which would become an alternative module to this one)
3. MUBench runners (all the different configurations of MUDetect for our experiments)

I'm happy to do this work, but I wanted to check first if this is ok with you. Also: Do you see other things we should do?
