Runbook scripts need to be updated #25

The Powershell module has been updated so "Company Administrator" needs to be changed to "Global Administrator". I will try to make a change at my fork and send a PR, but adding an issue just in case it takes me longer.

Unrelated to the above I was wandering if you were able to deploy WVD QuickStart and regardless of yes or no (preferably yes) I wanted to ask you few questions on what can we improve in WVD QuickStart.
