Playing videos directly #2

It is disapproved by Vimeo developers, but it'd be useful to play with

I've tried different tricks in VimeoVideoRunner, but there was no success 
currently.

I've got direct videos stream finally. It plays them correctly on the device, 
but now I can not get it work with flipping from Loading view to Video Player 
view.

I've postponed it.

(In current version, when selecting "Play" in video context menu in videos 
list, screen turns black while loading video stream and then plays the video ok 
(without controls for the moment. When video playing started from its own page 
(not from the list), the previous web-view-method of loading videos is used. 
May be I'll add support of switching between them both in Preferences)

Ah, and yes, all this stuff is not included in this source code not to come 
into conflict with Vimeo developers. There is a stub for this method in the 
sources.
