Cannot add authors #25

In the Admin preferences, only the preexisting authors can be edited, but no new authors can be added.

The admin preferences could use some UI love in general. The tags are one huge list and could be grouped alphabetically, authors and users should be addable. The API exists, it is a POST request to admin/user or admin/author respectively.
