[Bug] Disable save/add buttons when things are loading/saving

On the frontpage:

• When loading data the add button should be disabled

On the details page:

• When loading data the edit button should be disabled
• When deleting an item the edit button should be disabled

On the edit page:

• When loading data the save button should be disabled
• When saving data the save button should be disabled

All contributions are not editable for the moment? The Contribution.IsEditable is always false in the current code...

That is not how it should be. Leave a thing lying around for a few months and it gets infested with bugs huh....

Must be honest that I only ran the demo mode... so not 100% sure, hence my question here on GitHub :)
