[Feature] Settings #22

What? We probably need settings to enable/disable some of the features. One of them could be the URL-based prefilling that we do. These settings would reside in Profile and would probably be done using the Xamarin.Essentials settings bits.

Settings to add:

[x] Enable/disable clipboard checking for URLs
[x] ~Enable/disable tips~
[x] ~Reset tips~
[x] App icon
[x] Light/dark mode
