For rgb the camera_calibrations contains the parameters for 320x240, 640x480, 1280x720, and 1920x1080 .

Each of them (e.g. 320x240) has the following stucture:
width: int
height: int
type:string (either color or depth)
camera_matrix: 9 dimension vector
distortion: 5 dimension vector
rectification: 9 dimension vector
projection: 12 dimension vector
