linkWidth wouldn't work if only one fusion

Thank you for wanting to contribute, @OvoiDs! Unfortunately I didn't find a nice way to keep this Github repository in sync with the Bioconductor git repository, so I decided to just keep this Github repo just to track issues. If you experienced an issue, could you please create an issue?

@stianlagstad you're welcome, I kinda need to use your package. Too bad this github isn't the live stuff. I will open issues, but know that I corrected it in my fork.
