Define exchange of LML (updated) from LA to LMS #11

The Learning Applications provides updated information on fulfilment to the LMS to indicate that the product can be used.

Data Exchange? Entity at Source Destination Entity Type of Exchange Responsibility for Transformation
LA > LMS Entitlement / Updated LML? Course Notify / Pull LMS

Notes:

Entitlement = reservation or right to use License = actual usage This may become more granular over time?
