SkyFrost Client - Anonymous Login #11

I believe the SkyFrost Client can be used to perform anonymous user functionality such as accessing public records and other allowed endpoints. However, I am unsure if this is the case. I will need to look into the client; if we can do this, then I will implement this for the Connect-ResoniteApi cmdlet.

This can be done. Removing the Investigation label.
