Change the Prefix of the Cmdlet's Noun #5

Currently, the prefix for the cmdlet's noun portion is Resonite, which is slightly verbose. I am thinking about changing this to Res to cut out a few letters. Plus, some things are abbreviated to Res such as resrec and resdb.

Perhaps use Sf for the SkyFrost module since it is used for other platforms besides Resonite.
