Reference the New `SkyFrost.Base.Models.dll` Library #6

With release 2024.6.10.1405, models from SkyFrost.Base were refactored out and placed in a separate DLL called SkyFrost.Base.Models.dll. Because of that, errors are thrown due to the fact that this library is not referenced.
