Add references to JworkzNeosFixFrickenSync.Client mod in this repository #4

I downloaded this mod and I was very confused why the dash tab isn't there, and then I found out that I need the client add-in as well. It took me a bit to find out that the Client mod even exists because it's not really mentioned in the readme of this repository and it would be nice if you could include a link to it in the release page too.

Thank you for the issue! I will update the README to reflect other mods that work well with this one. After that, I will mark this repository as archived since the sync on Resonite has been fixed. However, a new mod with a similar setup will be built since I do want to port over the Sync screen facet over to Resonite.
