Heavy Water / Liquid Ozone Missing #46

POS Fuels are all showing besides Liquid Ozone and Heavy water which are 
missing from the list.

Not sure if I'm missing something here but it doesn't list them in re-fueling 
or fuel bill.

Using POS Tracker 5.1.6

If you do not see LO/HW amounts you either don't have structures attached or 
haven't modified the CPU/PG manually. We are unable to pull in this information 
via the API.
