install.php broken #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to install postracker
2. call install.php for th first time, enter data

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the little loader-kif appears and nothing happens, the installation currently 
is broken

What version of the POS Tracker are you using?

5.2.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Call to a member function SessionSetVar() on a non-object in 
/var/www/postracker/install.php on line 408, referer: 
https://MYDOMAIN.com/postracker/install.php

OS : Debian
Webserver : Apache2 (via HTTPS, SSL-cert is signed and valid)
PHP : 5.3.3-7+squeeze3
CURL : 7.21.0
MySQL : Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.49, debian-linux-gnu (x86_64)

it appears there are a few typos in my issue and googlefailcode doesnt allow 
for edits ...

i got the problem solvedm the above error appears if the SQL-user has not 
enough privileges
