Changed agreement sum a couple of days before the withdrawal, but the old sum was withdrawn.
This is because the charge was already registered with the banks. We have the same issue with stopping agreements, see #815, but there we actually warn the user. We should either actively use cancellation or alteration records and give the user some information. Same goes for agreement dates, we should warn the user.
