Use a single consistent prefix for everything #6

I noticed a TODO in the file and figured it should be easy enough to fix. I used rpm-spec as the prefix to match the rpm-spec-mode package name.

I marked the older non-consistent-prefix-style variable names as obsolete, but did not obsolete the function names. Should I obsolete those too?

Any suggestions on extensively testing the fix?
