lsdsng-import: name the sav after the lsdsng name #8

If only one file like 'song.lsdsng' is used plainly with no arguments, lsdsng-import should default to naming the output file 'song.sav' rather than 'out.sav' to avoid confusion/overwriting any previous .sav's (and reserve 'out.sav' for uses with 2 or more .lsdsng's)
