Reading from virtual I/O failed on Linux #89

"i got a weird error using lsdsng-export. i built it in linux mint without issue and it works just fine for regular save files. but passing it a folder gives "ERROR: reading from virtual I/O failed"

Well, we never supported doing this in the first place. Bailed out on mac as well (nor could I find any code handling folders there).

Fixed and added now, will be in the next version :)
